Seed Bank Dutch Seedshops are not selling Seeds anymore..

I wanted to order me some Beans for future Projects and at my Dutch Seedshop i always order from(Zamnesia Webshop) has tagged every Seedcompany and every Article as Out of Stock. I wrote them a Email and this was coming back..


We are sorry to inform you that we currently are unable to sell any seeds.

This is due to the new Opium Act that came into force in the Netherlands.

At the moment this law is unclear about what is and what is not prohibited. Until there is more clarity about this law and its impact, we are not accepting any further orders for cannabis seeds.

For this reason all of our cannabis seeds are currently not available for purchase.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience in this matter. Unfortunately our hands are tied here.


So this means the New Dutch Law regarding Grow and Seedshops finaly is active....... i checked all my Other Dutch Seed Suppliers and they all Changed their Company Adresses over to Spain so this must be some Serious Shit...... Thx to theRight Wing Politics in the Netherlands......

Yes really not good well i can still order from the uk but with the euro going down atm its way more epensive for me as i buy lots of packs from the same strain to go phenohunting. at least my dutch underground shop where i get some gems from is still running.

Not only are the grow shops changing their address, they are also closing down in great numbers, and/or is relocating to Germany or Belgium just across the border, and many customers who have bought online, myself included have paid, but never received the goods because bank accounts have been frozen and such..........and regarding shopping in the UK, many grow shops there won't ship outside the UK, and if they do, shipping is charged at a Royal premium.......combined with the Euro sinking..........oh Well!

don't fret as fast as they close, the speed of new company's opening, will keep us all in the seed we need.

The law came into force back in April and most of the seed shops carried on for a bit as it was very unclear. There was then a couple of closures under threat of legal action so most of the bigger guys have closed temporarily while they either get legal advice or they move to the UK or Spain. The Law is a piece of crap as it is so fuzzy that no one knows where they stand, technically a normal garden centre that just sells compost and fertilizer for your garden could be prosecuted if they think it could be used for illegal purposes - crazy!
There are a couple of dutch shops that are up and running already if you look around, they ship from the UK but there are still some great deals to be had if you know where to look......

Yes i saw all the Bigger Breeders n Seedshops changed their Adresses to Spain. But some of my long time favorite Shops still dont know what to do. So thats sad for me at least Sannies is still running where i get my Gems from.

For the Growshop supply i know 2 good German Shops which send worldwie and have fair Prices. So all my Dutch fellows over here feel free to inbox me for the Adresses. But i read even the Post delivery Guys face fine or jail if they deliver grow eq and seeds in big numbers to You..

Yup, I heard the same......have to be darned sure anything sent is in a neutral packing. So far our mailman hasn't been looking over his shoulder from what I can tell when delivering.......

Was just in the local grow shop, they said the first 2 court cases was decided last week, and the Court ordered everything that had been confiscated was to be returned. So a small victory, but they reckoned it would still be a couple of months before their court case is decided.

It's pure madness here........

Hey man ! Im from the netherlands and still are abke to buy seeds , but only 5 max perhousehold.. what i just do now a days i just go to there local seedshops whit a few friends and we all buy a few packs , which i grow .and if that doesnt work order a 5 pack from different webshops , theres stil a few that do ship seeds , i found out that it depends in which part of the country they are located .

Most seed and grow shops in amsterdam are closed , but in the south most are still in bussines and changed their growshop into a farming/ gardening shop , since its a vage gray area they can operate in .




Hope you can do the same and keep that sea of green green .
