New Grower Drying my harvest

Looking for some advice on drying my cannabis. The problem lies in high humidity daily year round.here in south Texas the humidity ranges from 60-75% indoors while outside it fluctuates from 75-85%. The area I will be drying rack n will be between 60-70% humidity so I need some tools or tricks on not getting bud rot. Will have adequate ventilation and very good fans keeping the air moving. Help please on ideas and solutions.

By the time I am into drying its cool and damp outside and humidity is at unacceptable levels. A dehumidifier is needed in my case.
