Hi guys, I wanted to create another thread for that to attract people who knows about it.
I will try to dry bud in fridge , they are already in brown bags ...
what temp and humidity should be , around how long they dry in fridge ?
what’s the +\- of this fridge( lotus) dry ? :))
Thanks

ive got no knowledge of this sorry but I do dry all my stuff in the brown paper bags so why don't you just finish drying your stash in the bags

There’s a huge-excellent thread about this subject on another site. Can I post a link or is it against the rules?

Tommy buds!!! using fancy flash freeze is what producers do because who’s jarring 100 kg of pot lol
It’s the new rage, I’ve only herd about what he’s talking about for a 3 day extension on fresh cut for live extraction, not a whole drying so I too am curious

I’ve seen it allowed but permission was asked, I’d just message it to em privately to be safe

This guys not doing 100kg of pot lol - see his posts. ^_^

And anyway ... why not go all the way and dry it the freezer .. :haha: .. Just kidding of course (that's for curing)

I'd say stick with the advice from the experienced growers and harvesters in your last thread. (and what Tom said). You can still use the floor of your grow tent while the others (if thats the plan) are growing. The advantage to this is that you can run the extraction to cover the smell while it's drying. Should take about 5 days if chopped up into evenly sized golf ballish nugs.

It may need another day after being jarred as i find them to re-hydrate a little from the insides after a night in the jar. Another 24 hours in paper bags or cardboard box and it's done.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on this lately
Apparently the freezer just isn’t the same lol
Anyway was looks at a cryo trimmer/all in one... oh baby!!!!!
Like 15-20 grand lol
Can’t wait to get one....
One can dream :funny:

45* & 15% humidity. If humidity stays below 50%, I don’t see a problem. I prefer it much lower though. Use wire racks if your fridge has glass shelves.
Works great for other herbs as well.

Sorry I lost track on the other thread. @MotaZona is better and more knowledgeable about it than I am. I just did it because it was hot AF here when I harvested my Zkittlez. I’d read about it before, so gave it a try.

I didn’t do anything fancy. Just separated the buds into paper grocery bags and folded them over and used binder clips to secure them closed. Opened them once a day and gently shook the bags to redistribute the buds, and burp. Closed and put back.

just finished drying today, exactly 2 weeks later. They are dry like normal hang dry buds, but they look and smell amazing. Like all of the terms and smells were retained perfectly. I’m gonna let them warm up and finish trimming, then into grove bags. Of course I’m going to have to sample too.
