Iv only caught it in dark nest the first night was 2 nights ago it looked like it needed water and more nuts so I gave her them ND the morning she looked great I was running a 20/4 now 18/6 for flowering is it fine that when she doesn't have light she gets sad??? Or should I take it back to 20/4 for she can stay happier??!
Stay Stoney!!
OG!!

Don't fret man, nothing to worry about, they go to "sleep" in the dark.
:snooze:
Without light input, the leaves don't know where to point and so the go to the rest position, some strains seem to do it more extremely than others.

PS, sometimes it happens right before lights out as they get ready to sleep, weird eh?

Also wanted to add that during flower it will go through stretch cycles and may droop it's leaves in the light as well, also perfectly normal.

All plants (not just cannabis) will do it to some extent as they all respond to light with movements of their leaves.

I'll have better pictures later wen I can use my camera my phones dead ps using tablet no flash

First time I saw this I searched all over the net trying to find an answer. It appears that they do go to sleep. Just before or shortly after lights they perk back up and bake under the light as normal. Pretty cool to watch if you can time it.
