Hi chaps I was just wondering if you can tell me first of all why the lower leaves are yellowing and do they look healthy otherwise ??

The pic of the trichs is off my phone using a loupe

First time grower so could just be really paranoid

I can't see any trichs dude doesn't look like she's producing trichs...

Yellowing on the lower is usually signs on a N deficiency. Plant looks a bit sick to me man what are those white specks all over the bottom leaves.?

This one is an NL auto in soil and I have 3 more royal critical auto in coco in there with them . Like i say first grow so it's a massive learning curve I just don't wanna lose it at this stage

Can someone please let me know for sure what's going on here thank you to James for replying first I don't wanna lose this girl . Tell me what I need and where to get it and it's as good as already ordered

You definitely wont lose this girl, she's going to be ok. I don't think it's a N def as she's pretty green. I suggest you pop this post over to the infirmary to get a proper diagnosis by one ol timers around here.
Here is a link to the infirmary: https://www.autoflower.org/forums/autoflower-infirmary-for-sick-plants.90/

Make sure to copy and paste the in patient form from the sticky in that link. Fill out all the info, It will really help guys be able to help you better.

Good luck.

Edit: It might take a couple days for someone to get back to you, I know it's frustrating because you feel like you need a fix asap. Best thing to do is just chill and if they happen to need a watering before someone gets back to you just make sure you ph you water and give them a light feed or water.

water water feed is my first tip. on the next plants practice low stress training (LTS) on ur next plants before it starts budding. if you do it while it flowering it easy to snap the top right off. so i would stop once the flowering starts. besides that just learn from your mistakes.
