I've been reading about and making canna-infused coconut oil for some close friends and family for the past few months. (thank you AFN!) I've been overwhelmingly stoked on the crazy positive response I've been getting. People with eczema/psoriasis, warts, fibomialgia, arthritis, insomnia, and just general aches and pains, all swear by it and ask for more.
Because of this, I want do do everything I can to make it as good as possible. One thing I haven't tried yet, is decarbing. I've read many different things from both people who do, and people who don't. Some seem to say it works way better, others say it's unnecessary and that the decarb process takes place as the oil cooks.
Since AFN is my most trusted source of information, I take it to you guys. Do you guys feel it's worthwhile? Or waste of time?
