New Grower Do trichs always turn amber ?

Ok I know you will always get the odd amber trichs however I have grown out many plants that seem to hold out on large numbers of ambers until way after buds appear to be very harvestable.

Is it true to say all trichs would eventually turn amber if left long enough ?

as far as i know trichs are always being produced so you will always see different stages... most strains ive grown take along time to get a lot of amber, like the 3 photo strains i just finished all went 1-3 weeks longer than breeder recommendation and none had more than 30% amber

Not all strains will get ambers.It varies on how many ambers you will get so it's just theluck of the draw.

Mephisto's Walter White, never got any ambers on 18 plants and I think a couple of other guys saw the same @Chester ......
so yes, not all strains amber up.....at least not at harvest time!

I have not had hardly any amber just very cloudy.Lots of cloudy.Last time i had a sour diesel that the base of the trichs started turning black under a microscope so i chopped it cause did not know what was going on.turned out to be the best.
