New Grower Do these look right to you guys? Need feedback please and thankyou

Hey guys,

Day 14 of my grow. (Details in the bottom) i snapped some pics to show you guys. It looks like there is some yellowing on the leaves, like in the center not on the outside leaves. I'm not using any nutes, at least not yet. i wanted to try to stay away if i could, i am a newb so i would rather let nature take charge. So my main questions are as follows:

1. For day 14, are these good size, height and structure ect. (I know i think in the first few days i stretched them by accident)

2. Can you guys see the yellowing I am talking about? Either way could someone give me an idea on what nute is missing here or what the issue is

3. If someone was to try to use minimal nutes, recommendations please...
Ps. the zip ties i'm using to prop up the plants are barely touching them, that's okay right?

Lowryder Easyryder Strain
250w MH with 5 CFLS ( 3 on side and 2 on the other; see pics)
8 inch exhaust fan, 6 inch intake fan
White painted box
20 hours on/ 4 hours off
Dr. Earth Pot Of Gold Organic Soil
Temp ranges from 81 to 83 degrees with lots on, humidity at 31% (drops to 78 degrees at night, humidity stays same)
Alaska Fish Oil with Evaporated Tap water

If your running cfl's get them a lot closer 3 to 4 inches from plants.Start feeding your fish nutes now at reg dose.They are a little small but should perk up after you feed them and get lights closer.

I had the smaller ones on stands to make them taller and closet to the cfls, but my main source is my MH 250watt

Things are not better. I still feel they are very small and not going to produce a good yield. Am I being paranoid? I am not doing anything radical in my grow, i know KISS is the best method. I started following https://www.autoflower.org/index.php?threads/tangs-easy-auto-feeding-schedule.47290/ at day 15, but still something is not right. I think they are much smaller compared to other threads of days 15-20. I will upload pictures first thing in the morning, they are sleeping right now.

I wish I had some helpful info for you but I'm still new at this too. My first two I dropped were tiny for a long time then they sort of took off. But I totally understand the paranoid feeling. I was checking mine like every 30 minutes because I kept comparing them to all the photos I'd seen on here. Hang in there and hopefully someone will come through with better advice.
