Just something I was thinking about. Do cannabis plants have any advantage of the microbes of neighbouring plants root system if planted in the same pot or near each other in the ground? I've read about clover, peas and nettles. But how about others of the same specie?

Reading about the root caps being able to recognise others of the same species, I'm still curious

If planted into the same medium, it would benefit from the same microbes. The microbes are present in the medium. Mycelium is the information highway or nutrient conduit for a plant, anything connected to it would benefit. I believe that there is a mycelial growth in the Canadian boreal forest that is considered one of, if not, the largest living organism and every tree in that forest is fed by it.
