Extraction Do I need to cure my trim before I make Hash?

So, I have a box of trim and I want to make hash once its dry. Seeing as how most of what we are trying to accomplish with curing is minimizing the effects of the green stuff on our finished product - if we are removing the trichs from the green stuff do we still need to cure?

For the record, I'm not going to cure my trim this time, I just wondering on principle if it matters

What method are you using?
I finished my first batch ever about a week ago using dry ice and 1 Gal bubble bags on some old trim.
Next time I'll be trying these outrageously expensive bowls:

Dry ice and a 160 bag, I might do a secondary shake through one of my 60 mesh sand seives.

I was pleasantly surprised by the approximate 1/6 return from a 160 micron bag using trim.
I'm wondering whether I should do this with some flower.

I'm out of town for the week, I'll get a pick and a weight when I get home. It was probably around two ounces of trim.
