Needed a light for my tent on its side experiment. The idea of the experiment was high quality buds, good to high yield, for low cost. Needed a high efficiency, and low profile light.

The light in the pictures is getting 300 PPFD 28" away, perfectly even coverage, and an average of 500 ppfd at 10" away with lows in the edges/corners, high numbers down the middle.

Around 2 μmol/joule when apogee sensor is centered at 500 ppfd

4 HLG QB120s... $135
Wago Connectors... $7 (but I had some)
Square Aluminum tubing $21
Power cord... $12 (had one)
Meanwell driver $70 (had one)
Wire $15 (had some)
Thermal tape $9 (had some)

This is Fastbuds LSD-25 in PROMIX HPCC, 3 gallon square pots, 20/4, tent foot print on its side is 32"x63" (my drying tent)

Any questions please ask!

Very nice DIY light, should serve you well. I elected to use screw ins for mine, but only just barely. Quantum boards or strips might have won if prices and shipping were better to my location.

Thanks for showing yours, and good luck on the horizontal tent adventure - a creative idea by the way. :goodluck:
