Hello,

For my personal 2 x 2 feet grow box (may become bigger later ! ) , making a 100W Full spectrum led grow light including UV and IR ..using around 100 LEDs. ( Number of LEDs is not fixed .. its ok if they are less than 100 )..

What should be the number of each type of LEDs for this build ?
How many LED of which wavelength would be a good mix ?
Is there any standard mix that commercial grow lights have ?

This is right now what I am thinking of
1 UVA LED (320 to 400 nm)
1 UVb LED (290 to 320 nm)
1 IR LED (700 nm to 780 )
25 Blue spectrum LEDs covering 400 nm to 500 nm, ideal: 460nm ?
70 Red spectrum LEDs covering 600 nm to 700 nm, ideal : 660 nm ?
5 White Full spectrum LEDs .. should I ?

Here is the list which I am trying to shop LEDs from:

https://www.thorlabs.com/newgrouppage9.cfm?objectgroup_id=2814

Please do point out if I am going wrong.

or,

please suggest LED mix for veg and bloom to include all necessary wavelengths

Once I know which LEDs to buy, I can do the electric circuit to turn specific set on for veg and bloom.

Thanks.

I'm no expert, but look on manufacturers sites for how many of each they run. They quite often say.
