hi all just wondering if any 1 got one of these kits and since its fairly cheap wat is the catch and wat am i missing from the kit that i will need now ik i will need a hood of sum kind also i believe gonna need a plug set aswell but wat else i already runnin a 400 watt light now but lookin for another and want to know if this is worth it

By the looks of it you would just have to get a case and a cord set.

I wouldn't use wood man,those ballasts get pretty darn hot..lol

I used and old power supply case from a computer for my 150w hps but not too sure that would be big enough for a 400w

Wat if i just mounted everythin to a piece of plywood but not enclosed would be open air that way there be no. Heat build upi grow in a shed thats un heated and live in place thats very cold at this time so heat wont be issue

I'd say save up another 30$ or scrounge craigslist. That looks like an accident waiting to happen.
