This is part of a hemp grow. I have found a couple plants that look like this throughout the field. I'm not sure if it's a nutrient burn issue or disease.
50 lb of nitrogen per acre was applied on two separate waterings on flood irrigation.
 
Are you referring to the tacoing? Looks environmental to me, issues with heat and rH, maybe a pheno expression that's only popping up here and there?

Maybe a possible soil pH issue?
 
I agree with @Arthur it looks like heat/light stress to me...sometimes I can have 2 plants of the same strain and 1 will be bitching about the heat and the other is fine :shrug:
