Hello everyone! Decided to register after a little while of lurking and get a grow log/journal started.
Im pretty new to auto flowers and their genetics but pretty intrigued because I think it would be better for my situation. I have to keep my closet grows small and short as I live in a APT and want to keep cost/electric cost down. Also in the process of getting my cert so then it can be legal and grow more meds bbbbbbbbbut until then...

I received my beans from Attitude, 3 fruit autos, 4 haze auto's (free), 1 world of seeds (medical grade) NLxBB (free) a while ago while my very 1st grow was going on and just now decided to start them. All had pretty nice color cept for 1, it was kind of semi-white. I started my Fruit automatic's ~3 weeks ago, and going to germ my Haze this afternoon.

1 Haze didnt make it. Tried to germ, it popped but nothing came out. Still tried to plant it, maybe it would like soil better. Nope, RIP :( Even tho the baggie said 90%, hopefully that bean was the other 10% and these 3 that are left will germ.

Im useing CFL's at the moment. My last grow was a Cali Hash Plant Fem, all CFL's and I wish I had a scale to give you a harvest weight but I didnt get one in time. That turned out pretty well so Im staying with the same for now. [Might get a 150HPS, but I gotta clear it with the wife]
6 CFL's: 3 2700, 3 6400

Roots Organic Soil. Perfect blend so far. I had some left over from my last grow so Im using it up. So far the leaves look great. No burning. Almost 4 weeks in and the very very bottom leaves haven't came off yet so I think the plant's happy until it needs food.

Fox Farms Trio. I really really really want to go 100% organic growing. Just Soil+Water. But I cant get the conversions right, and im afraid I'll F something up. {if anyone wants to help with this that would be AWESOME!!} When the plants ready to eat I use FF trio. Im just doing 1:4th

Water is just regular tap water + pH drops. Sometimes I'll get water from the refill kiosks for $0.25, but that pH turns out to be in the 7's so either way I'll have to pH balance.

My grow space is my closet. Temps reach about 80`dark, 85`light. RH hovers from 52%-57%, and I have a fan blowing on the lights - its also giving the leaves a nice breeze.

I'll be taking pictures and posting them. I have to get my wifes camera charged, etc etc.

Thanks for viewing my Auto grow :) If youve grown any of the two let me know how they were or any tricks+tips you might have!
Thanks! Hope to hear from ya!!!! :toke::toke::toke::toke:

Welcome aboard, Vedder! I have some DF Fruit coming out of cure right now and it's some really nice bud. Definitely got the grapefruit/citrus aroma. And my current grow includes a DF Haze which is about 6 weeks along and growing nicely. My Fruit had a lot of serious issues due to pH problems, but it still turned out over half an ounce of potent bud. The Haze seems to be a real hog for CalMag so keep that in mind as the grow progresses. I've been feeding it to her as well as some foliar spray of epsom salts, and things seem to be back on track now. Check out the grows in my signature for more details. Best of luck with your grow! :smoke:

Greetings everyone!

Thought I would pop by with a quick update on my girls.
Both fruit auto's are looking great. Still haven't had to feed yet as they seem to like the roots organic soil I have them in. I also germed and planted 1 Haze auto and my last Fruit auto. Its been a couple days so far so Im just waiting for them to pop out. Should be any day now. Im really excited to see how these 4 turn out as its going to be my first Auto grow, and my first multi-plant grow. I'll need to get another reflector and add a couple more CFL's. So far I've found CFL's have been keeping my heat down and at the same time, even though its not HPS, they are looking like healthy green plants. Im not expecting a huge harvest but we'll see in another month or two.
Already the first 2 Fruit's are starting to flower. The very bottom leaves are starting to change color so Im sure she'll be needing some food soon but I want to wait. I dont want to burn them as they are looking great so far!

I'll get some pics posted here pretty soon. Till then, happy blazzzzin!

sweet as bro welcome

As promised, a few pictures of my grow.
The 1st & 3rd & 6th & 15th pic is the HAZE Auto that started to peek out yesterday. That was planted on 11/14.
The 5th & 14th pic is the FRUIT Auto that I planted, on 11/14.
The others growing are also FRUIT Auto's. Checked them just now and they are starting to show sex so the two girls are growing nicely.
Temps are holding good @ around 80`-85`. RH is around 50%-54%

On a side note, i really want to get some Mi5's.. Ive been seeing a lot of people growing them and everyone seems to like it. I think those might be my next grow. hmmmm :)

Is it possible to grow a Female, AND, auto's 18/6 cycle? Or would that be impossible since you have to switch the female to 12/12 for flowering, and auto's dont do well in 12/12 cycles?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but... Auto's don't perform that poorly under 12/12... In fact, we have some very experienced members who go to 12/12 during flowering because their experience indicates to them that the additional expense does not justify the small amount of yield lost, if any.

this kinda looks just like my friends closet...blue tape and everything.
