SeedBank : Dinafem

Strain: Fruit Automatic

Did it autoflower?: Yes

Soil/hydro: Went straight into soil. Approx 13.5litres BioBizz All Mix

Nutes: Tomorite with Sea Kelp around week 5/6. Then PK 13/14 weeks 7-9. 2 weeks ish cleanse at end.

Light (kind and schedule): Twin Sunmate CFL 250w ‘Blue spectrum’ bulb was on 24/0 until week 4/5 then added the 250w ‘Red spectrum’bulb and dropped to 20/4. Worked light closer over time. 18” at germination down to 1.5” from tops of plants before harvest.

Description: The sexiest plant in the grow. Thin elegant leaves. Best smell in the tent. LSTed a lot to the pots edges. Had to keep on as it stretched, towards end a couple stems began to bend from weight, likely need support if I manage to get weight on them in future. Grew into about 8x 55cms tall stems with alternating buds up each side. Very happy first indoor grow.

From seed to harvest date: 75 days from planting seed to cutting. It needed longer but I had three (AKR, Fast Bud#2 and Fruit) different varieties on the go and had to chop all together. Next time I think I’ll anticipate 90+ days and it will be a Winter 2015 smoke.
Dry Yield: 26g (I was happy with this because it was my first grow and she needed longer. All I hoped for from each plant is 1oz, any more is an extra blessing. Hopefully 1.5oz + next time).

High/Effect Duration:
Buzzy. Thoughtful distracted reveries. What was I doing again? Nice strength. I fell in love and will give her whatever she needs next time.

In-depth
RATE SCALE: * bad to ***** good
BAG APPEAL: ****
A very rich green which held its colour after drying/curing(perhaps because I cut it early with too much chlorophyll?). Buds need more time but were attractive fox tails. Hairs very orange and noticeable against the green. Ground up lovely and fluffy.

THE GROWTH: ***
It wants to stretch. I think it needs 13 weeks at least with my setup. But that will be worth it as it’s a lovely plant. Had larger root system than other plants and was thirstier.

THE SMELL: *****
The girls fruity and you get all sorts of flavour. During growing it was very sweet, grapefruit and diesel. Dominant for me after curing was a very ripe mango smell. Kept going back just to sniff the jar.
THE SMOKE: ****
Smooth. Fruity. Went down creamy.
THE HIGH: ***
A good buzz and am sure it can only benefit from a more mature edge to it.

I found one photo

This was taken around day 62. The Fruit is front right. Left is a Fast Bud#2. Rear centre AKR.

Thanks very much, it was a journey and I was really happy with the whole thing tbh. But particularly my Harvest Festival.
