Just wanted to say if you're in a bind and you have to detox, foods high in antioxidants will help break down the metabolites of cannabis that they check for in a drug screen.

Vegetables like asparagus are great. Fruits like blueberries, pomegranates, and acai berries are high in antioxidants as well. Green tea and coffee are good beverages, lots of good stuff in there.

And depending on your fat content it could take as much as 4 weeks to get a clean sample. Your hair can be tested for the past six months of activity, maybe more depending on the techniques used, and yes - they can use any hair from any part of your body.

If anyone else has anything to add feel free. I'm sure there's lots of good tips for detoxing.
 
Eating gelatin also helps as THC will bind to it and it's eliminated from your system before it binds to fat and is stored. Not the premixed ones, but Jello from the small boxes that you mix yourself. The MD who gave me this info says to eat all the Jello you can for 3 days before being tested. I've not tried this personally, but this Dr. is a good one and a toker as well.
 
Pectin is a gelling agent and a natural source of dietary fiber as well as the active ingredient in Jello detoxing. Make sure it contains this essential stuff otherwise, you're just eating jello. But it's totally true.

Carrots, apples, oranges and other citrus fruits are all good sources of pectin as well.
