Deficiency or rust fungus?

Hey y’all as some of you know I’ve had some problems with my other plants, well now I’m having one with my northern cheese haze. It’s been flowering and is beautiful but has these weird spots. If it is rust fungi is it still safe to smoke my buds? Hoping it’s just a def because I have never added cal mag to this one.

She is winding down and leaves will naturaly turn color.Stop feeding last 2 weeks and just give her plain water.
