Deadlights and Purple Orange Photoperiod grow
I am currently growing Deadlights and Purple Orange. The medium is Pro-mix HP with Perlite at a 2:1 ratio in three-gallon fabric smart pots, under Marshydro TS1000 LED lights. I am using Remo Nutrients and distilled water. I also have an air-carbon filter system installed for proper ventilation. I switched the light to the flowering cycle on February 16th, 2020.
Deadlights
"Deadlights is a CBD-rich combination of medically-oriented cannabis strains. Created in a collaboration between TGA Genetics and NorStar Genetics, Deadlights is a flavorful mixture of ACDC and Pennywise that expresses three distinct phenotypes. This strain offers a generous yield (especially for a CBD strain) and sweet bouquet of blackberries and musky earth. Its effects are exceptionally clear-headed with just a touch of passive relaxation that isn’t weighted or cumbersome. Deadlights is a great strain for brand new consumers and those seeking to tone down nausea, nagging aches and pains, and stress (https://www.leafly.ca/strains/deadlights).
Purple Orange
Purple Orange CBD provides us with 10% CBD and 5% THC, a highly desired 2:1 ratio. This strain is a California Orange Diesel backcross, meaning that the male and female parent were the same plant. Cannabis enthusiasts find Purple Orange CBD to possess alluring flavors and aromas. This strain is mostly used for medicinal purposes rather than getting high. However, it can still deliver some psychedelic liveliness (https://www.cannaconnection.com/strains/purple-orange-cbd).
Medical Grow
I use CBD medically and will be making CBD oil and CBD cream to treat my medical conditions.
Advice Appreciated
Any advice from previous growers of thesel strains is greatly appreciated.
