I took some close up bud pics of sour Bubbly ( twin colas ) and chemdog.
Both are 60 days from seed or 54 days from sprout.
Think they are ready or close?

we've talked about this before mate,.. I don't know what else to tell you...
... I certainly can't see the trichomes in the pics, so I can't evaluate them,... no need for a scope, even 10x is enough to see the color stages on the heads... clear = immature; always going to be some on the newest bracts that form with white pistils,... Cloudy/milky = mature,.... amber = THC breakdown into CBN has begun,... nearly all cloudy, few clear, few amber is harvestable, the amount of amber % is a personal choice for how heavy-sleepy a buzz you want,...

The plants look absolutely terrific ! I mean that whole heartedly..........teriffic !
Now then as for amber or brown trichs, you don't need a loupe, Bog standard eyesight will tell you if they are browning up. If you can't see it, they are not ready. Period.
Most Autos will go at least 80/90 days........however, your leaves look at the end side of their cycle, so I would question your dates. Leave them be for at least another week. Forget all that flushing crap etc, just run them as far as you can.
And relax my friend and enjoy your grow..........eP.
