Indoor darkness before chop?

remmember iv been on 24/7 light all its life

Some like to give 24+ hours to boost resin production, I usually just chop early on harvest day when the lights haven't been on to long, can't wait to see your girl all chopped up :smokebuds:

Ive heard it helps the widow family out. Other than that I dont know if there is any proof of the theory. Its your choice!
