Hoping to do some shopping this weekend to start for my first indoor grow. Started a seed outdoor in soil but through operator error the poor thing is just stunted as all feck.
Being in Australia and a bit of a distance from hydro shops, gunna make a road trip to get some supplies. Thinking of going with Cyco coco and Cyco nutes, grow, bloom and silica, keep it basic for first grow. Have a Mars Hydro TS1000 and 2x2 tent on the way in the mail Figure these should suffice for my first dabble at indoor.

Little intimidated at first coco grow but will have a crack regardless. Hopefully Cyco line will serve me ok, open to suggestions for different choices though?

Hi and welcome :pass:
A lot of stoner growers prefare simple soil/dirt.but coco sure can grow some nice big plants. Thegreenbandit hecno from your neck of the woods
Goodluck n keep er lit.
:pighug:

Cycos silica is by far the best brand of "silica" Ive used so far
It makes the ph jump but Once you reset it with some ph down it stays there
Ive also tried their grow&bloom nutes not too bad but I found the professors nutrients A+B range cheaper in the bigger 5L bottles
Gnats are often a problem with coco so maybe look into some beneficial nematodes as a natural preventative
Good luck mate

Heya, I've never used the cyco nutes so not much help there.....I live in the middle of nowhere and don't have any thing that resembles a grow shop, so i get pretty much everything from Bunnings or eBay.......only on first coco grow now (outdoor) and so far so good with the Bunnings coco:shrug:....I use general hydro maxi series grow and bloom (eBay). I use it in soil as well and it seems to work ok ...I use professors cal/mg that I also get from eBay....keep ph in range and never let it dry out seem to be the 2 main things with coco :headbang:..
