CyberSpace please my babes are suffering

Users please advise me, I got autos for my first growth, their story is tragic, I grew the outside for a month, then got a tent and led, it has been one week while babes are inside... Two adopted and one is suffering. Although all very small, they have been attacked by birds, one mofo bit half of the second plant, by sun, up to 40 one day and days of rain.. Through fire and blood they went. Now inside they are better. I started adding nutrients, sowly, they became better. If any one could identify issues on pictures, could you advise what to do with them.
