What is wrong with my plant? I have three others that are a different strain and they are fine. This one is acting weird for some reason. It is a girl scout cookie fast.

First off, :welcome: to AFN my friend :toke:
What the temperature and humidity inside the tent? If I'm not mistaken, the tacoing you are seeing is because of high VPD (ie, low humidity & high temperature)

Hmm, not a lot to go on, pH is my initial thought.

What are you growing in and what is the pH of feed/water you have been giving them?

Less likely: perhaps light intensity is too high for that particular one. You could try moving to a less direct area and see if that helps.

I grow in soil. Half ffof and half ffhf. I never ph the water. Also I use organic dry nutes and calmag.

Always ph your water. It takes a lot to upset the ph in soil, but watering well outside the ph will gradually adjust the soils ph. Also you shouldnt need the cal/mag except maybe once before flowering starts. Itll cause problems adding it every time.

Fox farm soil like water betweem 5.8-6.5ph but cannabis likes it towards the higher end. At 6.3-6.5ph. Soil can be a really unforgiving medium if you get stuff out of balance.
