yes, thats how i keep track. was concerned the boveda might somehow negatively affect the true drying time.

When my harvest enters the jar, Boveda goes with it. I burp once per day.

I place an hygrometer into a Mason Jar which can take up to 24 hour to stabilize after that I look for a relative humidity of between 60-65% which tells me that they are in the cure zone. If the relative humidity is above 65% that tells me that the buds are too moist and need more drying time so I would take them out of the jar to dry and keep doing this until the relative humidity is in between 60-65%. Then I would place a Boveda 8 gram 62% pack into the jar and burp the jars twice a day for half an hour each burp for the first 2 weeks.Don't forget to manually rotate your jars so as to move the buds around inside.

First two days 2 jars are fluctuating around 66-70 %..will place Boveda in after a week or so of steady 65 % .I placed 97 grams of wet trimmed bud in a brown paper bag for 6 days.Ended up with about 26 grams.70 grams just went "poof " ...and vanished...lol
