New Grower Cream Caramel vs JEM

Im so disappointed with my Cream Caramels. They look puny at 27 days compared to my JEMs at 9 days. On the other hand I have high hopes for the JEMS. Here is a photo of each. The CC is only 5 inches tall the JEM is already 3 inches and catching up fast. Dont know if it shows in the photo of this one but the JEMS are already showing a purple tint on the first leaves.

Something is amiss... The CC's I grew were almost 3' tall, when harvested, and a lot further along after a month than the one you have. On the other hand, your JEM has the leaf structure of a considerably older plant that's stunted... maybe your mix is off or something.

or maybe waterlogged? ph ?

They look to be little plants in big pots with lots of water (and I'm guessing nutes too)..... drowned and cooked at the same time

Extreamly stunted Did you feed any nutes early? Also Do you keep them indoors or outside and are you using any lights? To be honest i don think you will gain much height from the CC now at that age. Mabe next grow you have a small fan bouncing of somethiong then hitting your plants to strengthen the stems, i noticed the CC has a very thin stem almost like when they first pop there heads mate

Jasp;..........i had this in the early days of my growing. The medium is to acid, all the bullshit soil don't perform as well as john inns eracacious low nute. ive even used medium nute at 6.5ph in the bag !! and had a stonking outcome. ph your water at 6.5 with nutes in etc.........the inns has a good grit content as well...........wash out the soil when there alittle older, and ph wash down to 6.5-7ph and youl recover em jasp.............AB....hope this helps......
