Hey

I have just been winging it so far and going from 1/4 strength nutes up to about 1/2 max. I have been seeing what looks like a few deficiencies here and there though. Is there a PPM chart/guide for Auto's?

Thanks :)

Hey Tony, nice to meet you :toke:

First things first. We need some info. Pretty much every nute company has charts. Most are just a blanket cannabis chart, which work for photos. Typically photos can be ran at a higher ppm, so high that auto's can't handle it.

Do you have a ppm/ec meter? Starting off lower and working your way up is the right way to go about it as you have been.

It is more specific or easier with a meter, especially for others to diagnose your issues. If say I have never ran you line of nutes, I just can't say with certainty that you are over/under fertigating.

If you can provide some more info it would certainly help.

-Ppms of nute solutions

-Medium (soil, coco, hydro) coco needs nutes every feed, soil is usually just water until the nutrients are used up around 3 to 4 weeks then a feed, water, water, repeat cycle.

-Are you ph' ing you feed? Soil vs coco or hydro need different ph levels. This can cause ph lockout which will look like deficiencies.

-pictures are worth a 1,000 words. Give us some whole plant pictures under natural daylight. Turn your grow light off for the pictures and use your flash. Also include close ups of affected leaves with issues.

What is your water source? If using well water it can have an extremely high ppm. If you are on city water you can usually get a water report online that breaks down what is in your water. This can be a total difference maker in your grow. Must need info.

Good luck and try to get as much of this information in here so we can figure out what's wrong.

Good luck growing! :toke::shooty::pass:

Hey, hows it going :) Sorry about the delayed reply!

Sorry, looking back now i didnt think properly when i typed it out lol. Im currently using Canna A and B, and growing in a 70/30 coco with perlite mix and is pre buffered. Pk booster and Canna boost for flowering but havent moved on to that yet.

I dont have a ppm meter i have sort of just been winging it. I started off at 1/4 strength of the A and B but im not sure when to up it to around 1/2 strength or even more? Ive read before that autos generally take around half the nutrients requirements that Photos do, but im not too sure? :)

Im using regular soft tap water and PH it to 6 :)

Thanks so much for answering aswell, much appreciated:cheers:

I just use 1.3 ec start to finish. 5.7ish ph (in coco)., ph would slowly rise while waiting to be used. Seemed to work great for me.
