Ok I've never used coco be for but I saw a little green looking stuff on top of it would that be algae or what I'll try get a pic in a bit I just watered them..

Algae...since the perlite is white..it will grow there first..constant heavy moisture is the cause
Yes that's what I thought and are they anything I can put in it to keep it from coming back or what

Raise the tempz in your tent. That will reduce dampness..
