ok, hoping someone can give some advice. I am in coco & perlite 50/50 mix. The girls are a little over a month old temps 75-80, rh 35-40% I water in at 5.6-5.8 , ec 500+/-. Runoff is hitting 6.5ph I have done a flush with PH ‘d water. however that did not seem to fix the issue. I’m wondering if I need to water more than 1x a day. Or if I am overlooking somethin.

thanks in advance for your time.

It shouldn't be a problem at all, your PH going in is what matter with Coco, I have had 7.5 PH run off and plants were happy and healthy, no need to flush in my opinion.

What type of coco, flushed and charged? How do the plants look?

What's the issue your trying to fix? Why did you do a flush and how?

Ok so the coco is brick coco. I rinsed it & buffered it at 1000 ec (green leaf cal at pro) at ph of 7. I then rinsed the ec down to 300.

The ladies look ok some yellowing in between the veins, rust spots on a couple leafs nothing really pronounced and they are droopy like when lights come on. I checked run off ph & ec. The ec was lower than what I put in however the ph was reading 6.5.. if the runoff Ph isnt an issue than I’ll just keep eye on ec runoff. I just don’t like how they are drooping and the bits of yellowing. They are not praying like I am used to seeing. I took pictures through the lens of my HPS glasses Hopefully that will help.
hopefully I got all the questions answered.
Many thanks.

A lot to unbox here... First free flag is the self buffering.. I don't recommend anyone try to buffer their own coco.. I leave that up to the labs that have the proper tools and meters and expertise... What are the ppms of your feeds? What nutrient line are you using? Are you feeding with a every watering?

I don’t use PPM I use EC I water in at 500ec. Which I believe translates to 250ppm. I use green leaf nutrients. I feed every time I water. I water 1x a day.

If your ec was 1 ec it wud be 500ppm. 500 ec wud equate to 250,000 ppm. Your plants wud be dead if you fed them that much nutrients. I think you got your measurements twisted. What are you measuring ec with?

I never check the run off on my soil or coco plants. As long as the water going in is ph adjusted and your getting 20 percent run off then no need to even check the ph or ec of your run off. I have never checked it in either soil or coco. Just check and adjust the water or feed going into your plants. With mega crop I feed starting off with 100ppm nutes and work my way up to 500 to 700ppm depending on strain and how each strain handles the feed. You shud be feeding at about 500 to 600 ppm .500 scale. About 1 to 1.2 ec of mega crop. Or 500 to 600ppm. I aim for 5.7 to 5.9 for veg in coco and 6.0 to 6.2 for flower in coco. Water to 20 percent run off and quit checking your run off. Your plants wont recover from the yellowing. You have a nitrogen deficiency it looks like. What your trying to do now is get your plant to stop spreading the deficiency by giving her more nutrients.
