Coco/Hydroponic method for AUTOS??

Can auto flowers be grown in cocoa using multiple times per day fertigation?? I have every Single time overfed or something because I have not successfully grown an auto flower yet using for alligation in cocoa. Can it be done? If so how? I have General hydroponics trio along with every option on their line. I have Coco I have pumps I have air pumps I have the drip system, I have everything and cannot get it done.

What sort of problems are you running into? I’ve ran many plants in coco, some hand watered, some with fully automated drip systems with success.

Same here. After two coco grows with automated irrigation (2-4x/day) I switched to bottom-feeding, mostly because I got tired of constantly dealing with runoff. Both approaches work well, and while I haven't tried them personally, many people have also had good results with blumats, autopots, and other automated watering systems.

thank you for responding both. Yes I understand that, i'm asking you how soon do I begin nutrients in autos? And do I just begin multiple times per day like I'm used to? I believe I have stunted the autos that I have now because they are very small even though I was giving them around 450 ppm after one week and that is all.

I’m usually feeding with 200-250ppm for the first week, then you can up the strength 100 ppm a week until you’re around 500ppm of feed. I pre-soak my pots of coco with 200ppm of feed, let it sit in the tent for 2-3 days to drain and warm up to tent temperatures. I can get away with feeding every 3-5 days for the first 2-3 weeks, then you start to notice the pots getting lighter each time, which means you need to increase how often you feed. By 3 weeks I’m usually feeding every day or two max, and trying to get abit of runoff coming out the bottom each time. Depending on the size of the pots, you may need to water multiple times a day if you start to notice it drying out on you.

I feed significantly less than 450 ppm after one week, maybe half that. I feed a little lighter than Garage_Grower, adding about 50-75 ppm/week, and rarely go over 550 ppm in veg or 700 ppm in flower. (Pretty sure that's right, I think in terms of EC.) I feed a little light because I mostly bottom-feed. While I top-water once a week or two, to wash out any salt buildup that might occur, I usually just leave and dilute the runoff.
