So here is my issue, I over fertilized my auto bubbleish. It was my last seed of autoflower and I really want to grow the plant. I would say 90% of the plant died, but now I am getting new growth. Can I try and clone one of the branches? It was just barely starting to flower when I "killed" it. I have sprouted a new plant but it is not autoflower, and I am not sure of its sex. I like the autos because I know.

Cloning is possible, but they will be the same age as the mother, so you most likely won't get much out of it.

Yea, autos are on a time limit and the clones would be ready the same time as mom abouts so it wouldnt grow much. Also clones from flowering plants is alot harder to get to root than vegging plants in my experiance. I got a plant that I clonned in veg and it had nice roots by the end of 2 weeks, decided I still want her so I cloned her again when she was flowering and still no roots at like 20 days and some are starting to droop so I think im going to lose some. I dont know if this is a general rule for cannabis, but it is something I noticed with my stuff.

Thanks all. I won't hope too much. I'll see what happens.
