clipping few cm AF Leaf question

hello folks, so yesterday I noticed leaf burn on the tip of my 16 day old seedling, 30 minutes after feeding n turning the lights on, so I thought maybe it's splash burn that I haven't noticed, but today it got got bigger, maybe cause it's not splash burn? or maybe cause the leaf is getting bigger? my first Grow ever, not sure how to proceed, should I just clip the few Cm, would it effect the seedling in anyway seeing its an auto? other plants are doing great, pH, temp, humidity are under control.

okay after I posted I realized it didn't get bigger or spread but the existing spot just got more yellowish. so it's probably just a splash burn? I really need to learn this tiny différences so I can sleep well at night
