So here we go again...
This run was supposed to be fully automated thanks to BioTabs, unfortunately my 420 order still hasn't arrived :grump:
Nevertheless I have decided to continue without for this run as time is running out for me before I have to leave again, so the seeds were popped in water earlier tonight. Hopefully I'll be set for the next run. At last I'll have this go to get used to the new lights.

So this run will be:
Mephisto Genetics :yay1:
2 x Sour Stomper
2 x S.O.D.K.
2 x Hubbabubbasmelloscope

Tomorrow they'll go into the paper towels then into root riot cubes once sprouts appear. They'll then each be planted into a 15ltr AutoPot of their own using the coco/perlite mix from the last 2 runs (I remove all roots and redo the pots as new, just recycled medium).

Nutes will be Cana coco A, B, Calmag, PK 13/14, Boost, Rhizotonic and cannazym using the same schedule af last time.

Lights have been massively upgraded since my first two goes. The 2 x Viparspectra V600's have been replaced with 8 x Growmau5 puc V2's from ChilLED Tech running on 2 x MW HLG 320H-C1700B drivers. :yeah:

Environment will be controlled the same as before using the INKBIRD controllers for heat and humidity and an SMSCOM for extraction.

Hopefully the new lights will kick ass and create more yield. The last 2 runs with the VS's got me 7 from 6 plants then 10 from 5 plants so things are getting tuned in.
Once things progress I'll update as usual.

Sorry it's been so long, work's been chaotic.
Anyway... my 420 BioTabs order finally arrived so I'm itching for this grow to get a move on so I can get started on the full automatin and organics.
Regarding this current grow I think I set the light too high to start. I was wary about burning the girls with the new light and as a result they've had a slow start and got a little stretch. They seem to have settled in now and the res had been turned on. Unfortunately one of the SODK looks like she hadn't made it :frowny:. Five girls is still good though :pighug:
So here's a couple pics of the girls from yesterday Day [HASHTAG]#17[/HASHTAG]...

Oh nearly forgot... (touch wood) having moved the bloom and root nutes to Canna has resolved the cloudy nute mix and so far no salt build up in the res. I spoke to the guy in the local hydro shop and he said he's heard of CX mighty bloom creating the cloudy mix and salt before when mixed with other brands but they can't figure out what triggers it. Anyway, note to self... if doing nutes again in the future use one brand only.

Hey everyone, I'm so sorry for ditching this thread without warning. Life kinda takes over sometimes. My garden carer also had personal obligations that meant they couldn't tend the babes while I was away, I set the light too high and powered too low... blah blah blah

Anyway moving on... the grow above totally failed, so seeing as the BioTabs turned up I modified the res to support my next phase in automation.
:bighug:

Yes my friends, that is a toilet inlet valve tapped into the mains water supply feeding my res which in turn not only feeds the AutoPots but also the HR-15 humidifier. I can only do this thanks to BioTabs.
:toke:
I wasn't 100% confident after the last run so I went with a single AutoPot for my first BioTabs run and I gotta say I'm kinda glad I did.
We're cooking a Mephisto Sweet n Sour and boy does she like it in there. So much so I think on my next full run I'll be dropping down to a 4 pot system from 6 if they are all gonna get this big!

A bit about the grow:
Environment: 26C, 65% RH, 20/4 light cycle and an Exhale CO2 bag.
I followed the BioTabs instruction, added the root riot cube with SnS olive leaves on show and top watered 1ltr on day 0 (with Orgatrex and Bactrex).
Since then she had another 0.5ltr top water on day 10 and the res was turned on. The tent was zipped up and she was left to her own devices until day 30 when she got another 0.5ltr BioTabs watering.
I can hands down say that I am SOOOOOO impressed with my progression to a fully automated setup, Mephisto genetics, BioTabs and everyone's support on here. Honestly it still shocks me when I look on the camera and think... damn girl! You've been attended to 3 times since birth and look what you've become!
So here she is at Day [HASHTAG]#44[/HASHTAG] (2 days ago).

I cannot wait to see what happens over the next 5 weeks (that's how long I'm away for)...

Love to AFN and praise to all who've helped me reach a fully automated organic system.
:pighug::thanks:

So I noticed a significant change today... the stretch has finally stopped. She's on day 48 today so 22-32 days left to pack on the weight. She's already looking PHAT! :tonic:
So I'm seriously wondering what her final structure will look like.
I've asked my garden carer to turn off the humidifier, check the light height and do some defoliation to get that deeper light penetration :naughtystep:.
Not sure when they'll get around to it but I'm hoping for wonderful things from here on in
:muahaha: :pop:

:crying:
Lol.... boredom shopping at work... when will I learn!?

Just upgraded my automated system one more step so I can monitor from everywhere...

enter the Pulse One!

:jump::jump::jump:

Couldn't refuse with AFN10 discount code for 10% off. Almost paid for the international shipping.

Now I'll know 100% that my environment is correct and the gals are the happiest they can be.
:growing:

So after the last update I noticed some of the lower and outer leaves had been yellowing for a few days. After reading some infirmary threads I calculated that my girl was so hungry that she'd gobbled up all the food...
I managed to get hold of my garden carer and got them to give a bit of TLC for our lovely SnS.
Lights were raised about 8"
Humidifier was turned off
1x extra BioTab put in the pot and watered in with 500ml water with 2.5ml Orgatrex and 1/2 teaspoon Bactrex.
Hopefully we'll see some recovery and fattening up over the next week.

Looks like I was wrong about the nutes... lots of yellowing going on. Guess she's just draining all the life out of the leaves to fill out the flowers.
Gotta say I'm glad I only did 1 for my first BioTabs run. It's been quite the learning curve. I am getting excited about my next run already though... now what to grow from my arsenal?
Initial thoughts are:
Forgotten Cookies
Grape Walker Kush
Chemdogging
Here's a list of my stock... what would you choose and why?
