First autoflower grow, many problems.
Northern lights, started inside march6 3g felt pot, moved to sunroom/outside mid may when flowering was starting as my closet was to small. Couple weeks of good weather daytime brought in at night. Put outside permanently mid june followed by shitty mostly overcast raining almost every day weather not typical for this time of year.

Made lots of mistakes and learned on the way but to my noob eyes its not ready to come down, already snipped a few buds that were going brown from the rain, big stormblast night broke a few stems, now i see this patch on the main trunk.

There is a brown patch of fungus looking stuff between the first and third internode)

I am guessing its time to just chop and trim the whole thing, leaving the diseased parts in the compost?

Moldy patch, whole hurting plant, and a bud closup, top third.

I'm no pro but looks like stem rot to me...

I personally would bin it and start again, not worth messing with mould from a health point of view.

Could be wrong tho I'm just picky.

Don't bin it mate, still plenty of good bud there!! I would carefully remove all affected areas and discard and trim up the remainder of plant as normal. Early bud is better than no bud if you're running into rot problems  congratulations on making it through your first auto grow!!

Leaves that are slightly injured, maybe because of partially broken stems, and then get little light will die off like yours have.
It's likely you have no microbe issues.
Remove the damaged leaves, and see what happens.

I have read a few of the finishing and harvesting guides, and will continue to read and re read them till I get it right.

I chopped this poor girl this morning, to much rain, the stem rot only spread a little bit after the cleanup but multiple bud sites were starting to go, so I trimmed off any diseased bits and hung the good parts to dry. They should be out of the way before any of the healthier girls are ready.
