changing light source...bad?

So I didn't plan well and will have more plants than I can hold in my LED lit tent.
I have a closet with a 400 Watt HPS too, my question is can I safely swap my maturing autos to the HPS closet without issue for the final 2-3 weeks?
And secondly, does it make more sense to start the new (2 week old) seedlings in the HPS closet instead of swapping the mature plants?

Is it adjustable bc if so start seedlings as long as you can maintain an 80 degree leaf temp autos need the best first 3wks to get a good start the only reason I wouldn't do it with the mature ones is stress and the fact you don't know how the light intensity is if you have away of doing that then I gess wouldn't matter anyways lmk I will lend a hand.
