So after 20days stunted my cotc seedling is straight tall but now ive gt my dual cfl ive began so lst as id like a small bushy bird heres my pic

After 2 weeks with a small cfl and stunting to a new home lst on one and a dual 300w cfl n starter nutes they are recovering
