Indoor Can’t identify problem, sick leaves

Hi everyone,

Iam a first timer and would like to know why she’s giving me these signs.
I am guessing I might have dropped some water with nutrients on the plants while Feeding. Iam on day 17, using Allmix Biobizz and the nutrition from Biobizz. I added some Calmag the day before yesterday as I thought it might be calcium deficiency.
