Can a Single Cola on an Autoflower be forced?

A hundred Northern Light AF seeds landed on me. I can put them outside guerilla style in a spot that most vegetable gardeners would love to have. Full sun, stream side, uber secure.

I'll start them indoor and put them out June 1st. I have 3 thoughts about it;

1. Keep cutting off side branches as it's growing
   or
2. Cut the side branches about a week before flowering starts.
   or
3. Cut the side branches when flowering starts.

I know I'm rolling the dice here people. I'm just looking to increase my odds. The reason I want to do that is because I'm swamped as fuck at work July August September and it would make harvest a breeze. That and it's a mosquito breeding den in that spot.

I've grown 50 short indicas before, harvested only the colas, and abandoned the rest. I'm a light toker so I gave the majority away for xmas. lol. I'll never smoke what I have left, but hey... growing is fun.
