New Grower cal/mag question

hi i have been looking for a cal/mag solution incase i run into any problems in my grow but i have been unable to find any, i was wondering if using both epsom salts and molasses would be good enough to use if i run into any problems regarding cal/mag. any help or info would be great, thanks
