I have started using it on my water only los soil grows. It's pretty hot for an auto. I misjudged a N def. on one grow, added some organic nutes at half strength and got locked out. I am cutting it 75/25 with Roots O now. IMHO, YMMV, etc.

I'd fill a pot with it, add nematodes,and keep them wet for at least 3 days. After 3 days, plant your seed, and cover the topsoil with Diatomaceous Earth.

In my experience, it's too hot for seedlings although others have had success. I suggest using a light mix for the 16 oz volume around the seedling.
Do I mix the nematode powder i the soil or put it on the top?I'd fill a pot with it, add nematodes,and keep them wet for at least 3 days. After 3 days, plant your seed, and cover the topsoil with Diatomaceous Earth.
With the powder you have a few options. You can put it on top and immediately water.

Do you guys have specific product you are using? Interested.
I use Pot Poppers.
I always keep 2 Million on either side to stop the larvae from becoming adults, and as a continued effort in breaking their life cycle.
Natural, and effective.
I use it and like it.
Planted seed directly no problem.
Had about 12 gnats the whole grow.
Never saw them in the soil though.
I used mosquito bits
Currently using the same soil for current no-til grow.

I'm thinking about bas 3.0 for my next grow. I'm currently using mosquito bit tea to help with my fungus gnat issue in
OF. It worked earlier in the grow but they came back after I stopped using it. Damn little buggers. I'm just curious how you use the mosquito bits? I've read you can mix them in to the soil before planting and that will help keep them at bay.
