This is a bit late. I wanted to give a good well cured report. Both of the above had been cured for several weeks at 59% RH and are in intermediate storage and still curing with 62% Humidipaks. Highly recommend Humidipaks. Thanks to TBM for I used his method with modifications for my environment. Plants grown organically with light feeding some of which might have included non-organic supp but a miniscule amount. Pictures of plants and some, not so close-up buds, are on board along with infirmary ph problems (confirms hardiness of strains and autos). Below based on V-Tower temp. 328 F and one bag (balloon) for the final test. Broad strokes here and no big spoiler.
Tundra
Seed Bank: Dutch Passion
Grow: Very Forgiving and hardy
Grow aroma: Floral when in flower and mild
Curing aroma: Very citrus
Cured aroma: Spicy/Sandalwood
Ground Aroma: Pine and astringent
Vapor taste: Smooth. Slight detectable spicy taste.
Vapor aroma: Ever so very slightly pungent.
Effect: Mostly upper body stone or buzz depending on amount and method of consumption. Strong affect starting above neck and moving down to upper body and extremities. Does not have much affect below the belt, so to speak, no changes felt along legs etc.
Notable effect: Very clear level of consciousness. Very strong affect around face and head.
Negative: All in all good. Has a little edge because intensity is focused on upper body.
Duration: 1 1/2 hours and then you feel refreshed without any lingering after effects (as if you had not indulged).
Hunger and sleep: If you are hungry or slightly hungry you will head to the nearest source of food. If you are sleepy or it is bedtime you may drift asleep.
Med. use: Bong smoker gave thumbs up and consumed large portion of the plant. Apparently gave relief for nerve problem in neck area. May be good for onset of migraines (Have not had one to check because use of herbal c. has virtually eliminated them to date and strain type does not seem to be an issue for me.)
Bubblicious
Seed Bank: Nirvana
Grow: Strong and very forgiving
Grow aroma: Floral in flowering. Sweet scent and very strong for a single plant.
Curing aroma: Fruity--apples, grapes, etc. (not citrus)
Cured aroma: Still fruity and sweet
Ground Aroma: Difficult just a wild characterization--sour cherry tart
Vapor taste: Neutral. I can eat a piece of ginger and inhale/exhale and taste it and have enjoyed eating fruit while vapping. If it comes anywhere near the fabled bubblegum it is like licking the outside of the big league gum stick--a sweet dry taste.
Vapor aroma: Slight
Effect: Slow roll into a pleasant state of full body relaxation. A stone or buzz depending on consumption level and method. Full body stone without any edge. Of the two the closest to a true Kush.
Notable effect: Clear consciousness. Highly relaxing and good for muscle and general stress.
Negative: None
Duration: 1 1/2 hours then lingers pleasantly.
Hunger and sleep: If you are hungry you will head to the kitchen. If sleepy you may fall asleep after a few hours.
Med. use: Back pain, any muscular pain, relaxation, sleep and possibly stimulating desire to eat if enough is consumed.
The Enlisted Bong smokers: Gave a thumbs up and they got very hungry indeed
Note: Last update - Above is based on about a 1/4 gr or less.
On 1/8/12 tested two bags of Bubblicious within a two hour period at least a full 1 gr. (just goes to show what a good cure does for your efforts). Very serious couch lock. Robotic extremities and flat out stoned. Sat at computer unwilling to attempt to stand for a long time (not sure if leg would lead one another) and that damn mouse and pointer just would not cooperate. If unprepared or a new smoker quantity could cause some concern. May not be a ceiling and bongers beware. Strong strain and stronger as it cures. However, it is still a function of tolerance, and set and setting. Simply no excuse for my behavior.
Looking forward to all other reports.
