Hi, in april I decided to do my first grow ever with a few of my friends. Until now I didnt have any major problems but now yellow/brown spots appeard on some of the leaves(mostly the middle ones) on 2 of my plants (of the total 6). They are planted in a guerilla spot in comercial soil. Currently they are 6 weeks from germination and I only fed them once on the 5th week with a 1/4 - 1/2 recomended dose of 7-4-4 fertilizer. Until then it was just water every other day. Here are some pics of the affected leaves. Ive already tried to identify the problem but failed. Helpfull answers are highly appreciated. Also, let me know if you need any more information.

Hi chio, welcome to the forum. I'm not sure what it is but it looks suspiciously disease-related rather than nutrient. Anyway I'm bumping this thread for you in the hope that someone can pinpoint it for ya.

Good luck fella.

:peace:

Doesn't look like nutrient issues to me, either. It looks like a pest issue, but Im not an outdoors grower, so hopefully someone can chime in that does more outdoors grows.

Hello.

I am a newbie but right now I have a friend visiting and he think you should look under the leaves and see if you can find any eggs. White/brownish small nests of eggs.

If so, you should remove all leaves that are infected - pray and hope

Hope it works out for you.

I checked them again today and I think it has something to do with the fertilizer because it has spread on more plants even tho they are too far for something like insects or disease to spread imo. It has also spread on the same plants. There is nothing like eggs on the bottom of the leaves just the same spots as on top of them. I didnt feed them today because i still have no idea what this is. Thanks for all the answers so far and I hope someone can clarify what is happening to my plants because I realy dont want to lose my first grow.

It looks like a form of leafspot or Blight. It is a very fast moving and destructive fungus. Here is a quick fix that has worked wonders. one part milk 4 parts water.Spray all foliage of the plant .Also look at the vegetation around your grow site and see if those plants/weeds also suffer from the same.If so spray them down as well.
This will not cure the problem but with a weekly application it should see you through until harvest.
Good Luck
APE

I went to check up on them yesterday and I also sprayed them with milk. So far it affected 4 out of 6 plants. They are planted in 2 groups of 3 and theres around 3-4 meters between the 2 groups. On the top group it affected 2 plants but only a few leaves were infected so I just removed them but I also sprayed the plants with milk just in case. On the other group it also affected 2 plants but they are severely damaged. It has spread to most of the plants leaves and the bottom leaves are yellowing but I just figured that is from nitrogen deficiency because I havent fed them in a while because I didnt know what this was and I didnt want to cause any more damage. Here are also some pictures of the 2 more affected plants. Oh and the white liquid is just the milk I sprayed them with. If anyone has anymore ideas just in case thanks for the replies.
