Bronze spots on new leaf

Hello ladies and gentlemen! Two days ago i noticed 2-3 brown bronze spots/burns on a new leaf few hours after watering (i think they started like dark green spots). I sprayed some leaves by mistake and tried to remove droplets but some remained. Could be splash burn? Or someting else like Cal def or leaf septoria? Its a White Widow auto, soil Biobizz Light Mix (with some All Mix), end of third week from seedling and was fed with water and 4 ml/l Root!t First Feed and 2 ml/l Biobizz Bio Grow. If it's only those two spots don;t worry unles it spreads it could just be nutes splash.

Btw, do we have an example, some photos, of 100% nute splash?
