I added a 62 boveda pack into some already cured tasty buds (wonka bars) like they suggest on there site. It made my weed harsh like fresh harvest weed and taste like green grass or hay now after tasting delicious prior to adding the boveda pack. it robbed all the terps. i took the boveda pack out after a day and out it in a sandwich bag. The boveda in the sandwich bag smells like my dank did. anyone else have problems with boveda packs? I got grove bags for future curing so i will not use boveda after it ruined my good dank. I read others say the saem as me about robning the terps and some use them with no issues i have also seen. i dont understand it

I have pretty good results with Boveda packs except they make buds a little too moist. So now I only use them when buds are too dry. I've added them to overdried buds and they basically fix them.

I'm curious: Do you live in an area with high humidity?

I just use drops of water to hydrate dry buds,it works great and is cheap and no chance of effing up the smell. I've used both and found boveda has screwed up the smell a bit.....use all natural water mang!!!

I use BOOST 62% packs. During my research, there was a lot of comments about Boveda changing taste. No such remarks about BOOST packs.

Agreed. A damp paper towel works pretty well...

I've been using boveda 62s for quite a while. Never had an issue. They're pretty much one of my favorite things

Michigan

Im surrounded by fresh water lakes so humidity is higher here than colorado or a desert for sure.

LOL that says it all! I was just curious and looking for a data point. I think if I get lucky and move to Florida I'll stay away from them. But where I live, buds are mostly dry in two days. So they seem to work pretty well here.
