Hi guys,

A few weeks ago i bought BioGrow and BioBloom from BioBizz to start my outdoor, but them i've decided to start with autos instead (first grow here).

Now i'm gonna order a few more seeds and i'm wondering if i should buy others stuff for nutrients. I'm not quite sure yet about what i really should give to the plants. I've read so many stuff telling so many different things that i've came to conclusion that the best is to try it myself, but i'm looking first to get some feedback about BioBizz products for autos.

Btw, i also have BactoHemp to use when i transplant them outdoor. Maybe i'll use just in two or three to test if its affects the plant grow.

Thanks!

biobizz products work very well for autos, just start off at about 1/4 strength biogrow at about two to three weeks and gradually increase. good luck with the grow:smokebuds:

Sorry mate, but what do you mean for 1/4 strengh? I can't understand it very well :/

he means a Quarter of the dosage De: ein viertel von der vorgeschriebene angabe

(on the package 2-4 ml so i would start at 0.5 ml per Liter and raise it over time (slowly)) also so 0.5 ml pro L und über wochen langsam steigern aber autos brauchen eh nich so viel würde nich über 3mL gehen

Biobizz nutes are very forgiving so it's hard to burn the plants with them even at 3ml p/ltr on their 1st feed (not impossible just hard). They're also not instantly available and require the microherd in the medium to break them down into chelated nutrients for the plant. In fact, with organic nutrients we aren't actually feeding the plant but the soil, which in turn makes food available for the plant, so it's no picnic trying to get the balance right in the medium all throughout the grow.

Mineral nutrients feed the soil and the plant so they act faster than organics. Personally, I don't think organic weed can be beaten, but it requires a little bit of planning ahead. For example, what I put in the soil today may not be availble to the plant for a week or more. Hence why organic growing is a bit more complicated than hydro or mineral/chemical nutrients, because once you see symptoms on the leaves, the problem has already happened days ago so we're playing catchup.

We can't really measure the EC value using organics because they're not mineral salts, so what would burn a plant using mineral/chemical nutes (1/2 strength) would likely not do so using organics at the same strength, but it's probably safer not to overload the soil too early on as it could cause acidic soil later on. That's not so much of an issue with regular genetics but with autos any flushing or other stress really hits us hard in the yield department later on.

I've grown lots of really nice autos using biobizz nutes and batmix soil.. and if I were to use organic nutes in light soil I'd start off at 1/2 the lowest dose on their bottle which I'd use from week 1.. so if the biobizz grow says 2-5ml p/ltr, I'd use 1ml, then after one more feed go up it to 2, then 3 and so on. IF the principal of "feeding the soil not the plant" is worked well from the off, organic nutes are great for autos.

^^ All that's just my thoughts and experience on it.. not necessarily all scientific fact.

hi Dwarven i posted this for some one else i thought it might help you out.

hi shivaking11 i am no expert but i might have some info for you i am using biobizz nutrients and have been using this schedule from a different forum this is not my work just a copy and past . here is a bio bizz feed schedule from a master grower

OT1'S schedule

right, no feed up until flower as you should be gradually re-potting therefore using the nutes in the medium

then when you go 12/12

start with 1ml grow & 1ml bloom p/l
wk 2- 1ml grow & 2ml bloomp/l
wk3- 1ml grow & 2ml bloom but add a one off feeding of epsom salts (1tsp for 10 litres)
wk4 1ml grow 3ml bloom

then when the pistils are about 50% red
go 2ml grow & 1ml bloom

it has worked fine for my super cali haze and dr feelgood but i am using plagron all mix and light mix and biobizz allmix.

Really good information here mates, thanks! That was exactly what i need.
Btw, as i'm gonna transplant them before flowering stage (i'm growing on single cups, just for the plant be strong enough to be outdoor) should i give she biogrow after transplant it outdoor? Somethink like 1ml per liter.

hi mate, thought i'd tell you about the afghan kush ryders i have going, was using bio grow from the start and all the way through until around 3 weeks they had a very pale look to them and wern't growing to potential, light green and bottom fan leaves started dying.

i changed to a stronger N feed at 10.6 % and they recovered fully and went on a crazy growth spurt, will depend what soil mix you are using , also which strain.

well thats how it was for me dude , seemed too weak for my girls.

For starters, any repotting of an auto at any stage will diminish yield off the end of the grow so if it can be avoided it's best to. If it has to be done, for whatever reason, then try to repot with the soil slightly dry and then giver her a light feed of grow, say 2ml p/ltr. IF she's nearing flowering then her roots should be able to handle that no probs.

Of course, this is just what I'd do if it were mine.. there's a plethora of different opinions out there and usually it seems to come down to "what works best for you" as each grow is different from the next.

By the way do you have biobloom standing by for when she starts budding?
