Hi
My tap water after 24 hours is between 7.4 and 8 pH. I can't tell exactly as I have a narrow spectrum kit.
Do I need to use pH down when using Biobizz light mix soil?

If you're using nothing but organic nutrients with the soil (such as BioBizz nutes) you should not have to adjust or even measure the pH unless there are visible signs of pH problems on your plant. Good luck!

I havent even planted my seeds yet. Got my soil and perlite ready in the pots. No nutes for at least the first 10 days.
I just want to water the pot to get them ready for planting.
No need to pH?

I just tested the pH cos i have a kit from my previous coco grow. the soil should act as a buffer even if my pH is close to 8?

Yeah plain water is OK too so long as it doesn't contain many chemicals.

How did this work out for you? My ppm is really high and I think it's from over use of ph down..?
I only fed once at 1/4 strength and my run off readings where 4048us/cm my run off is practically clear aswell so really confused if I should keep watering. I'm on end of week 3
