Seeds from Big Buddha
Automatic, 8 weeks to harvest from seed

Planted in : Flood & Drain setup, rockwool cubes

Lights : Currently 1 x 600w Metal Halide

Nutes : Dutch Pro A + B, Take Root and Multi Total. Added on Day 6 (as I was waiting for PH and EC tester to arrive, all in distilled water til then). Lights on a 18/6 cycle.

I put 10 seeds which 'popped' overnight in rockwell cubes on Sunday morning and the shoots had all come through, bar 1, about 8 hours later. The one that did not push through the seed shell died 2 days later.

I put 10 more seeds that also popped overnight in on Tuesday morning. 2 days later and none had pushed through the shells except one. It seemed they were struggling, and scared they might die like the one in the first batch, I attempted surgery on all of them.

They all survived and are looking healthy :). Pics at day 7 (5 for the second batch)

When did you put it in? You should do a log. It would be very interesting to see how they compare while growing and when finished.

Thanks man. Will update as soon as there are some changes worth showing.

Nice :ladies:marlon, and welcome to AFN. On those twins, what ya do, accidentally drop a second seed in there. Can you separate them without killing them both. If not, I'd kill which ever one is growing slower. :2cents:

Maybe I should have been a bit clearer when I said twins. I got Siamese twins lol! 1 seed, 2 sprouts. I dont know if I can separate or even if its a good thing! Maybe when they're older and stronger?

The 2nd batch on day 8 are not looking as good as the first batch on day 7. I wonder if that's due to me having to take most of them out of the shells myself.

I've had to move my grow as it was found by a fire safety inspector. I may also have to move house. On the plus side, the plants missing about 6 hours of light and sitting outside for 4 hours doesn't seem to have affected them.
