Hey guys so I have a 5x5 grow tent, big carbon filter fan etc I'm starting with 600W MH light and then a 600W HPS light in a couple weeks during the flower stage. I have them in about 65/35 soil/perlite mix tried to go 70/30 but wasn't perfect so somewhere between those two.. Growing big bang auto so from what I've read flower starts after about three weeks.. started with 6 seeds two dried out so I had four going at the same time. It's been 11 days since they were planted and here they are now . Planted two more two days ago and they just popped their little bodies out so I'll post that pic when they're a little bigger ... As far as nutes I have calgrow a,b & something else I forgot I'll post it. I'm putting literally two drops of a with 32 oz water then a drop of b per two plants... Just because I know they don't need them I'm using fox farm it supposedly should be ok for three weeks in soil. Since I mixed w perlite I'm just using a few drops of nutrients then next week I'll start doing half strength .

Any tips would be appreciated!!!

Another noob here but you'll be better off without any nutes at this stage, ffof is considered hot for seedlings, so a 30% perlite would kinda buffer the extra heat. Wait another week maybe, i have my plant some nutes water and it took a long while tho bounce back, i made many mistakes with that one though.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your first grow. I agree with @somagtoke, a bit early for feed. May not have to until well into flower.

Most Growers have issues with over watering, in your case watch for underwatering. Not enough water and the roots die back a day or two after you water, too much they get soggy and rot. If you can get used to watering by weight, that is what most Growers end up doing as they gain experience.

Hey guys thanks so much! Took ur advice-not using nutes. Used literally two drops and the next day the ends were a little curled. My room was super hot too I am in Vegas, it gets to over 110 degrees F out here and I was venting out a window like a dummy when it doesn't even smell yet lol. So I brought the output back inside and it's cooled down, fed a little plain water and they look ok. Here's another pic. My two seeds sprouted OK so now ...so u guys think about 3 weeks in I should start the half strength nutes on my older 4? Oh btw I have emerald harvest a&b grow only... Do I need the bloom a&b or would any bloom nute work? Here's them today
