Yes i've seen the AfghanKushRyder video too, but it's not strictly true though right? But BigBadJohn says that...

This strain has similar genetic characteristics as the Long John Silver (auto flowering) variety however is more productive both in yield and active ingredients compared to its more mellow younger brother.

So maybe there's some truth to this claim?

Trifi-

I have no dog in this hunt. Just thought the claim was interesting (c:

Sounds pretty dangerous to me. I sure wouldn't want those to be out there wild. It would kind of screw us folks trying to keep our genetics clean. What idf I don't want their genetics??? I guess I would have to grow all my pot indoors, if those got loose around my area. I will make sure none of the guys in our collective grow these. Imagine, having to battle the neighbors pollen, for the complete growing cycle. One of the reasons autoflowers appeal to me in the first place, is getting my outdoor crop in, with my seed production runs done, before the neighbors start chucking pollen. Luckily most of the growers around here are pretty much growing the local varieties, which are all photo strains, but I hope no one local grabs those.

Me too mate! :D thanks for sharing the info Cosz. I rep'd you a little since you went to the effort. Might have to get some of these the write up is very convincing and worthy of a trial by my bank account Haha..

i remember reading an article back in the day about how the doggies nuts seed bank is complete rubbish. It went on to explain how that "bank" was created by greedy people taking advantage of ignorant wanna-be growers looking for a quick buck and not knowing a true piece of knowledge regarding the cannabis plant. Such individuals would see these insanely productive and crystallized plants and say " oh dam that's the cash out crop right there." These morons then spend insane amounts of money on ten beans and find out they have piss poor crap genetics and were burned. Now don't get me wrong, never worked with this seed company nor know anyone personally whom have, however, it does make sense to me at least. Theres many stupid people out there and are willing to piss their money down the drain. I've never seen a grow report or smoke report on any of their seeds good or bad proofs in the pudding much better and cheaper options available.
