New Grower Best low anxiety, no paranoia strains?

Hi everyone! Many times cannibus can be too intense for me. Even taking 1 hit can cause my mind to race and some paranoia. Are there any strains that will provide a nice very mellow buzz that won't cause me to bug out? It doesn't happen every time but I would say It happens more often than not.

Good evening Squire.

You want some nice indica strains. Too much sativa in the mix and you're more likely to get paranoia and raciness. High CBD strains which tend to be indicas in general in my experience.

Trouble is most 'indicas' are actually hybrid strains, so if you're particularly susceptible to the heebie jeebies a small percentage of sativa could be enough man.

The way I understand it, THC gets you psychedelically high, and CBD is there specifically to counteract this. It's nature's blankey lol. So yeah, in my opinion the higher the CBD ratio the better for you.

I'm the same but to a lesser degree. I much prefer indicas and a decent amount of CBD. I do also enjoy a good hybrid though.

What part of the world are you in?

Girl Scout Cookies, OG Kush, those sorts of strains are hybrids but well known for being "feel good" strains for most users. Obviously it's subjective, but the general consensus with cookies and OG is anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, well-being type strains.

I believe those strains also have a good dose and mix of other cannabinoids which helps the nice buzz. I saw a lab test of GSC and the cannabinoids were awesome! I can't remember the details but definitely good strains.

I have fastbuds GSC and she's starting to look gorgeous at 7 weeks. The smells coming off are gorgeous

I would look out for strains with around 1% CBD and upwards. As mentioned above something with a 1:1 CBD ratio is going to be very mellow and not very high inducing as it will have correspondingly low THC.

Thanks again for your help. I wonder if I try a CDB edible before I smoke if that could mellow things out. I have also noticed if I use a vaporizer instead of smoking it tends to be a bit less intense.
